Shaw’s Slow Dance color Vellum, Passageways color Sea Grass, Cashmere color Crete and Design color Travertine was used to carpet the home. From Florida Tile Cherry Carpet installed Cliffside color Light Grotto, Cinema color Silver Screen, Savannah color Magnolia White and Highlands color Dover in the bathrooms. Wood flooring from Higuera was installed in color Carbonized Caribbean. Ceramic from Jeffrey Court style Metropolitan color Grammercy Grey and style Dome in the same color.

This extensive renovation began in 2004, bringing a 1886 classic landmark into the current century. Exterior retrofitting was finished in 2006, with all interior systems upgraded to today's code. Cherry Carpet & Flooring specified, furnished, installed, and managed the entire interior finishes project.
